Reliable truck company in Salt Lake City, LA. Pickup was on time, pricing was fair, and the whole process felt smooth. I would use them again for future moves for sure.

These guys came out to service us at 10 pm at night. When they arrived 30 minutes later, the company locked the gates & we had no way to open the gates to let their technicians Mr Eddie in. Mr Eddie assured me no problem, we’ll be back first thing in the morning. Mr Eddie & his team serviced my truck, diagnosed the issue & fixed my derate issue. These guys were a tremendous help to us & i would recommend them to anyone for fast & thorough services. Great guys!

Talk a bunch of tough talk, very unprofessional and over priced. Broke down five miles down the road from his shop and he charged over $1800.00 to replace a starter. Drivers beware, if you have a breakdown, please call someone else. Trust me, you won't regret it! If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would!

Mr. Shawn was awesome! Give me an ETA every 15 mins. He also cared about my safety and well-being. He was 100,000% the best tow truck driver I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond, despite the heavy rain and high winds! Mr. Shawn was God sent and awesome turned my frown into a SMILE. Thanks Mr. Shawn and Downtown Towing! Awesome experience
